OAA Refund Policy
Refunds will not be issued for cancellations that occur 48 hours after the purchase of the following products and services:
OAA Membership
OAA Fellowship
OAA Periodicals (brochures, booklets, promotionals, etc.) and
OAA DVDs

Refunds will not be issued for cancellations that occur after the order of:
Customized DVDs or Customized Brochures / Booklets.

OAA sponsored events, meetings, or otherwise specified services are subject to the following refund policy:
All OAA sponsored events, meetings, and other services are 100% refundable provided the cancellation request is made 72 hours in advance of said program and there will be a $15 administrative fee deducted from the refunded charge.
